Our services
As Party Wall Surveyors we can act for owners wishing to carry out construction work or for neighbours close to any proposed work. We often work as Agreed (Joint) Surveyors helping to formalise agreements between parties. As part of the process we serve notices, undertake detailed inspections and prepare party wall awards.

Drawing review & serving notices
We review the project drawings to assess which notices are required, then prepare the notices and pass these to the adjoining owners.
Schedule of condition survey
We carry out a detailed inspection to provide an accurate snap-shot of a property's condition before construction work starts.
Award
preparation
We prepare a detailed legal document known as an award, which includes all relevant drawings and any project specific requirements.
Post-project inspection
If needed, we undertake an inspection to check for any signs of damage or unfinished work.

From our office close to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, we cover a wide area, but generally limit ourselves to travel within approximately 1 hour from our base. Areas we cover include the following;
