Applewoods Surveying Ltd was established in 2009, based in Hughenden Valley near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, offering a wide range of key building surveying services centred around residential properties. For over 13 years this included work on numerous party wall projects on houses, schools, warehouses and flats.
The success of the party wall consultancy within Applewoods Surveying led to the creation of Applewoods Party Wall Ltd in 2022. Our Party Wall Surveyor has over 20 years' experience in this specialist area and is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Our relationship with several local Party Wall Surveyors has also enabled us to build up a network of professionals to call on should adjoining owners require assistance. Our no-nonsense practical approach has also established long-term relationships with many local Designers and Architects.

Applewoods Party Wall is run by Jason Wood BSc (Hons) MRICS MFPWS who is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Architectural Technologist. Jason has over 25 years of experience including as a Local Authority Building Control Officer, within a private surveying practice and as Director of Applewoods Surveying. Jason is a long-standing member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an active member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
